1. Download and Run

Thank you for your cooperation with our remote technical support. This document contains detailed steps and security notes.

Platform Action
Windows Double-click rustdesk-1.4.7-x86_64.exe (portable version, no installation required)

2. Import Server Configuration

The first time you use RustDesk, you need to import our company's dedicated server configuration. This only needs to be done once.

  1. Click the menu button in the top-right corner to open the Settings page, then click Network → ID/Relay Server.

  1. Copy the following text to your clipboard:

  1. Click the Import Server Config button in the top-right corner. On success, the fields below will be filled in automatically — click OK to finish.

3. Start Remote Assistance

Return to the home page. The word "Ready" at the bottom indicates you are successfully connected to our company's server.

Send your ID and one-time password to our customer support staff to begin the remote assistance session.


4. Security Notes

Note

The one-time password is randomly generated each time RustDesk starts and becomes invalid as soon as the software is closed.

Important

Never share your ID and password with anyone outside our company.
